Abstract:
Pp. 1-110 contain an English version of the judgment and verdict by the Court of Justice in Köln in 1968 against two officers of the Gestapo in Grodno, Kurt Wiese and Heinz Errelis. The defendants bear responsibility for the murder of Jews in the Grodno ghetto. Pp. 111-131 contain an English version of excerpts from the judgment and verdict by the Court of Justice in Bielefeld in 1967 against Errelis and some other defendants. The judgments describe murders of Jews and mass deportations to death camps from Grodno, Bialystok, and the camp of Kielbasin. Appendices provide a key to the documents published in Klarsfeld's collection.
