THE ARCHITECT ALSO BUILT OR RENOVATED SEVERAL THEATRES ; HIS NAME REMAINS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE MOGADOR AND MARIGNY THEATRE, WITH THE PARISIANA AND THE MOULINROUGE. THIS ARCHITECTURAL STYLE LED HIM TO BECOME INTERESTED IN THE CONSTRUCTION AND THE EMBELLISHMENT OF SEVERAL CASINOS IN MONACO, NICE, BIARRITZ AND TROUVILLE. NIERMANS EXCELLED IN AN OTHER DOMAIN : THE CONSTRUCTION OF SOME OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL LUXURY HOTELS IN EUROPE. FROM OSTENDE TO MADRID THIS CRAFTMAN BUILT MORE THAN HALF A DOZEN OF THESE HOTELS. THE BEST-KNOWN ARE THE HOTEL DE PARIS IN MONTE-CARLO, THE HOTEL DU PALAIS IN BIARRITZ AND THE NEGRESCO HOTEL IN NICE ...
