Summary:	L'objectif de cette recherche est d'améliorer la compréhension de l'e-learning dans un contexte organisationnel. A travers une comparaison entre deux environnements d'apprentissage, la salle dédiée et le poste de travail, le niveau d'acceptation de cette nouvelle technologie est appréhendé, ainsi que l'effet potentiel de l'environnement d'apprentissage sur son efficacité. Cette étude de cas unique a été réalisée dans la compagnie aérienne française Air France, et a suivi une méthodologie qualitative et quantitative. Certains des résultats montrent que si l'e-learning est bien accepté par des apprenants adultes en entreprise, une meilleure efficacité (en terme de satisfaction et de résultats pédagogiques) est constatée dans la salle dédiée. Cette efficacité est directement liée à la présence du tuteur, suggérant ainsi que l'interaction est toujours à prendre en compte dans la mise en place d'un système e-learning. The objective of this research is to offer a better understanding of e-learning in a corporate setting. Through a comparison between two learning environments, dedicated space and workstation, the level of acceptance of this new technology is questioned, as well as the potential impact of environment on learning. This unique case study takes place in a French aeronautic company, Air France, and has been done following a quantitative and qualitative methodology. Some of the results show that if e-learning is well accepted by adult learners in enterprise, better efficacy (in terms of satisfaction and learning results) in a dedicated space is observed.
