Abstract:

A whole lot of family and food love from the talented Smollett siblings, stars of Food Network's Smollett Eats, and much loved social media and network television stars.

As children, the Smolletts spent their childhood crisscrossing the United States, moving coast to coast thirteen times. Each time they arrived in a new home, their mother would transform planks of hard wood into a smooth, varnished butcher block table in a beloved ritual that took three days. Holidays and milestones were celebrated over diverse culinary heritages and all the deliciousness the world had to offer. Now they invite us all to take a seat at their table and enjoy the good times and good food that help families thrive. -- adapted from inside front cover
