Abstract:

Can a murderer find peace with God? Is there forgiveness for a rebel and a gangster? If this book were a modern novel, the evil men would perish and the hero win praise. Because it is a true record of what has actually been taking place, the evil-doers find mercy and their whole lives are transformed. 'The Lord is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.' Men whom human justice would condemn; whose lives call forth expressions of horror and hatred; these are the men God loves, with an unchanging, all-embracing devotion. Through faith in His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, hundreds have renounced Mau Mau, repented in bitter tears and lasting sorrow for their sins, and risen to their feet new men; love replaces hatred, calm instead of controlled passion, peace with God and man for enmity and fear.
