Abstract:

The collection consists of John Brandi's working papers relating to his haiku publications. This material was organized by Brandi and his content notes for each folder have been retained. Each folder pertains to one publication and includes items associated with the creation and publication of that title. Correspondence from co-authors, publishers, readers, etc., are also in each folder.

The following titles have been organized in order of publication date: That crow that visited was flying backwards (1982 and 1984 eds.); Settng foot (1984); Circling: a cycle of linked hoops (1988); Poems from the green parade (1990); Weeding the cosmos (1992); No reason at all (1996); River following (1997); Empty moon : belly full (2000 ed.); Stone garland : a haiku journey, northern Viet Nam(2000); Angkor Wat (2003); Untitled broadside (2003); China: a haibun journal (2004); One cup and another (2004); Phnom Penh: haibun journal (2004).
