Good addition to the library
This book is the third in a series. It is about two students who are told that the greek myths are real (this happens in the first two books of the series), and they then have an adventure where they save the world. In this one they save the world from Zeus.

Charlotte and her cousin Zee, both in eighth grade, are very tired when this third installment of this series opens. They have just battled the powerful god Poseidon. They do not realize that Philonecron, Poseidon’s misguided grandson has unleashed turmoil upon the ocean. Philonecron’s plan is to overthrow Zeus on Mount Olympus. Charlotte, Zee and her friend, Mr. Metos must find a way to stop this plan and save the world. Zee receives an ancient map and what appears as a broken lighter mysteriously. The lighter and map soon play a very significant role in getting to Mount Olympus and defeating Philonecron. Mr. Metos reveals that there is an unknown son of Zeus, Steve. Steve provides some unexpected aide to Zee when the teenagers look as if they are about to be defeated. For fans of the Percy Jackson series, this could prove satisfying. Charlotte and Zachary would be delightful as they are quick-witted and have lots of bravado. However, the book needs tighter editing; many of the descriptions and attempts to explain the previous two books prove to be very distracting. With some more concise writing, The ending is also rather abrupt but for readers of the previous two stories, this might provide a satisfying conclusion.
