I recommend this for all elementary libraries

This picture book biography of Mandela begins with his birth in 1918.  Although it is a bit disconcerting to have it told in the first person, the book presents the facts about apartheid and his struggle to form the Congress Alliance.  I recommend this for all elementary libraries. ...
