Abstract:

These pages are intended to witness to a faith based on the results of biblical exegesis and dogmatic thinking. They spring from a desire to partake in daily devotion of the fruits of a theological enquiry which may well appear to some to deal with a matter on the periphery of what is essential to the Faith: and we no longer have the right to produce theology which is irrelevant to contemporary needs. It seems to us, however, that a consideration of Mary's vocation is intiimately linked with our Church life, and the life of men who are suffering, striving and seeking for a sign of true brotherly love among us.
