Signed by Sir Thomas Egerton, Master of the Rolls and Keeper of the Great Seal; Thomas Sackville, Lord Buckhurst; Charles Howard, Earl of Nottingham, Lord High Admiral; George Carey, Lord Hunsdon, Lord Chamberlain; Roger, Lord North, Treasurer of the Household; Sir William Knollys, Comptroller of the Household; Sir Robert Cecil, Secretary of State; Sir John Fortescue, Chancellor of the Exchequer; Sir John Popham, Lord Chief Justice; and Sir William Waad, Clerk of the Privy Council. Autograph note at the foot of the page signed by Buckhurst reads, "make an order for the payment of this."
