Abstract:
This paper reviews a series of 15 low-carbon transition scenario studies, composing 40 scenarios in total, on the basis of their key constraints, drivers of change and implications for policy. The goal is to compare assumptions and values that the authors assign to these elements of their scenarios, in order to inform the development of plausible low carbon transition scenarios in Canada.
