Copy [A] in full calf binding, gold-tooling to spine, gold ruled borders to boards, gold-tooled edges, blind-tooled turn-ins; bound with a frontispiece portrait of Donne. Contemporary ms. index continued in the hand of Alexander Dyce.
Copy [B] with the ownership inscription of the Rev. H. Drury and of J. Mitford (the latter dated 1822).
ESTC identifies printer as Miles Flesher.
Errors in pagination: 161, 164-165, 168, 194-195, 198-199, 250 misnumbered 145, 148-149, 152, 164-165, 168-169, 205 respectively.
Errors in signing: Q2 missigned Q3.

The inserted bifolium "The printer to the understanders" is not present in all copies.
