Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce "Proces řízení výkonnosti v mezinárodní společnosti" je popsat, analyzovat a zhodnotit proces řízení výkonnosti ve vybraném podniku. Nejprve jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé procesy. Dále je vysvětlena metodika Balanced Scorecard, která pohlíží na řízení výkonnosti ze čtyř různých perspektiv. V konkrétním podniku jsou identifikovány iniciativy, které ovlivňují kvalitu a rozvinutost systému řízení výkonnosti. V neposlední řadě jsou analyzována celozávodní měřítka, jenž vyjadřují konkurenceschopnost a úspěšnost podniku. V případě identifikace slabých míst jsou formulovány návrhy na jejich odstranění.

The topic of the bachelor thesis "Performance management process in the international company" is to describe, analyze and evaluate the performance management process in a selected company. First, the individual processes are evaluated. Next is explained the Balanced Scorecard methodology, which looks at the management of four different perspectives. In a specific business are identified initiatives that affect the quality and development of a performance management system. Finally, there is an analysis of company-wide indicators that express the competitiveness and success of the company. In the case of identifying weaknesses proposals are made for their removal.
