Abstract:
Go on an outing to the 'burbs. Amidst the fresh foundations of monster homes, surrealist filmmaker Gary Burns and journalist Jim Brown explore the dark side of suburbia and create a provocative reflection on why we live the way we do. Shows a Canadian family as they struggle with existential despair and are exasperated by the drabness of their suburban locale.
