Abstract:

Two set designs in watercolor and pencil signed Mark Lawson were for R.H. Burnside's musical revue Everything produced by Charles Dillingham at the Hippodrome with music by John Philip Sousa and Irving Berlin.

Also includes an unsigned drawing of circus clowns in pencil and watercolor called "Gingling Bros. Circus", a program, and a note stating that a Mark Lawson design for "The Country Circus" (2nd Thing) was removed for a Berlin exhibit. Lawson's set designs are for 7th Thing: On the Beach at Atlantic City and 12th Thing: In Lampland. The revue had 14 Things.
