Administrative records include organizational and membership data; correspondence, minutes, and other papers of the board of trustees; reports and correspondence concerning annual membership meetings; financial records; fund-raising materials (1948-1955); planning commission correspondence and minutes (1953-1956); records of several building committees (1881-1927, 1956-1959); and annual reports of the church and the minister (1930-1969).

There are records of the Church School; several women's and social clubs and guilds; music and choir committees; Ministers Guild; social action committee (1950s, 1964-1966); library committee; and religious education committee. Also included are programs for worship services and church events; bulletins and newsletters; clippings; correspondence containing information on the Minnesota Unitarian Conference and the American Unitarian Association; and letters and articles by several of the ministers. Arthur Foote's papers consist of correspondence with parishioners, other individuals, and Unitarian-Universalist organizations; and files concerning Foote's service on the Governor's Advisory Council on Mental Health (1948-1953).
