Abstract:
The Very Ready Reading Program is specifically designed to assist librarians in providing parents and caregivers tools and techniques for age-appropriate materials within the library, through community outreach, and through parent interaction at home. Using natural developmental stages for the framework, the Very Ready Reading Program is divided into three age groups: birth to 24 months, two to three years, and four to five years.--
