View of the Stock Exchange at Dunkirk, with group of elegant figures leaving hôtel next to men and women carousing under a tent, passers-by, street-sellers, beggars, two horses pulling a cart loaded with crates, man pushing a wheel-barrow in the foreground; lettered with title, two verses with dedication containing coat of arms and production details below.
