Gutch, and Dr. John Nott, with manuscript insertions including an ALS by Algernon Charles Swinburne, tipped in front of v. 1, ALS to Mr. Spoor from Thomas J. Wise, dated 1910, laid in v. 1, and an engraving (proof) of Lamb by James Pulham with the inscription "Jas Pulman Esq. from Charles Lamb" written in pen.
